Tim Erensen

Managing Partner

With more than 25 years of experience, Tim Erensen has developed, sold and managed thousands of professional events, hospitality programs, grassroots initiatives, corporate sponsorships and celebrity/athlete marketing partnerships. Based in Greenwich, CT, Erensen manages the day to day operation of the business and leads several key accounts, including his role as Executive Director of the ShopRite LPGA Classic. Tim resides in his childhood home town of Greenwich, CT, with his wife Chantal and two children: Jackie and Bode. 


Leela Narang

Executive Vice President

With 20+ years experience in the golf industry, Leela has specialized in managing events, athlete representation, and new business initiatives. Prior to merging with Eiger as a Partner, Leela was Vice President of Octagon's golf division, and spent ten years with Golf Digest. She is Executive Director of the ShopRite LPGA Classic and on the Board of Directors for the First Tee of Metropolitan NY. Leela resides in Westport, CT, with her husband Steve and sons Jordan and Aaron.

Jim Boedecker

Senior Vice President

A 20-year veteran in the sports and entertainment industry, Jim Boedecker has worked with multiple Fortune 100 brands to develop various strategic marketing programs.  Prior to joining Eiger, Jim was Vice President at both Intersport and IMG/Endeavor, developing successful programs in activation, custom events, consulting, celebrity/athlete marketing partnerships, hospitality and branded content. Jim lives in Cleveland where he resides with his wife, Rachel, and sons, Declan and Jaxton.  

Kyle Draper

Vice President of Partnerships

Kyle manages sales and partnerships for Eiger events, including the Pelican Women's Championship, the annual LPGA event at Pelican Golf Club in the Tampa Bay region. Draper has served as an executive in business development roles for Palace Sports & Entertainment and the Tampa Bay Lightning, and prior to that managed Univ. of South Carolina's athletics department business for IMG. He is based in the agency's office in Tampa and resides there with his wife Emily and children Charlotte and Connor.

Lenny Francoeur

Vice President

Lenny is a 20+ year career event professional who previously spent 18 years at Octagon, where he led event development planning for a wide array of programming that included concerts, food festivals, tour golf events and more. He has worked with dozens of premium corporations and brands including Toyota, Bank of America, Delta and Star Wars, among others, at a wide array of venues from Los Angeles to New York City. Lenny is based in Bentonville, Arkansas with his wife, Joy, and their daughters - Sydney, Samantha and Spencer.

Andy Bush


Prior to joining Eiger as a Partner in 2020, Andy Bush spent more than a decade leading Octagon Golf’s sponsorships, revenue generation and event management business. During his tenure as Executive VP, he oversaw the growth of nearly a dozen PGA Tour and LPGA events that generated $70+ million in annual revenue and $9+ million in charitable giving. Under Bush’s leadership, the agency also developed a portfolio of more than 70 events including culinary/lifestyle, concerts and endurance sports that attracted nearly 1,000 corporate partners. Andy resides in Boca Raton, FL, with his wife, Morgan.

Lesley Baker 

Executive Vice President

With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Lesley is responsible for managing multiple Eiger owned and operated golf tournaments, including five LPGA Tour events. She and her team are responsible for event management, sponsorship, operations, marketing and industry relations. Beyond golf, Lesley has expertise in building legacy programming meant to build community engagement through special events such as women’s leadership summits, 5k run & walks, junior programming, sustainability programs, STEM activities and food festivals. Lesley is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and lives and works in Chicago, IL.


Mike Ryan

Senior Vice President

Prior to joining Eiger, Mike spent 16 years at Octagon Sports Marketing in a variety of roles including their event division and corporate consulting group where he managed client work with the likes of Lexus, Sybase, Mastercard and Cisco.  As Senior Vice President, Golf Consulting for Eiger based in Greenwich, CT, Mike oversees Eiger’s Consulting & Sponsorship activation business, including the relationship with AIG and their partnership with the AIG Women’s British Open. Mike and his wife Wendy live in Southport, CT, along with their three girls, Kate, Laney and Brooke.

Annye DeGrand Fox

Vice President

Annye DeGrand Fox is a proud Northwest Arkansas native who began her career in the golf industry in 2014. She currently acts as the Tournament Director of the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G, an event based in her hometown of Rogers, Arkansas. Annye is passionate about utilizing the platform of sports to develop unique events and experiences in the communities in which our teams live and work. She currently lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with her husband Andy and their golden retriever, Folly.

Bill Hansen

Vice President

Bill has served as Tournament Manager for the ShopRite LPGA Classic, project manager for nationwide client road shows, Concours d’Elegance project development and key client hospitality programs. With more than 15 years of extensive project management for clients such as Microsoft, ShopRite, Monticello Motor Club, Assured Guaranty and Marsh & McLennan, Bill is an invaluable team member. Bill was born and raised in New Jersey and graduated from Boston College. He lives in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, with his partner Nicole and daughter Stella.

Patrick Healy

Vice President

With more than ten years of experience in the golf industry, Patrick Healy has conceptualized, created and produced events for the PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions and LPGA Tour. His passion and enthusiasm inspires his focus to cultivating unparalleled experiences for clients and brands. Patrick resides in San Francisco, CA, with his wife, Taylor. 

Marci Doyle 

Executive Vice President

Marci Doyle has served in various marketing and business development roles over the last 25 years. Prior to joining Eiger, she was Arnold Palmer’s Chief Operating Officer and Tournament Director, overseeing the Arnold Palmer Invitational, API Junior, Arnold Palmer Cup, working closely with their Foundation, licensing division and Clubs. She also worked as Managing Director for Golf Channel’s marketing division and in several national marketing agencies. In addition to golf, she has developed strategies with MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, NASCAR, AVP, network TV shows and recognized musicians. Marci is a graduate of the University of Florida.
